Yes absolutely you can chat to us via web chat, send us an email or just call on the phone and speak directly with one of our Merch Masters who will be able to help you navigate the various products available to you together with the full industry information about how the products can work for your business.

Once we receive your enquiry whether its one product or more, we will be able to provide you with a quote within minutes. Sometimes there may be a slight delay if the product you have chosen is manufactured in a different time zone to the UK or its one of our prices on application products that are listed on the website.

At Master of Merch, we know how worrying it can be to order something with your brand on and yet you only get to see a small image of what that product will look like at the time of order.

We allow you to choose your products online but we will not send your items into production until you have received a proper visual with your branding on showing you the correct size, colour and position. Then we provide you with a final quotation so that you can be happy that your merch will arrive correctly with the right branding in place.  

We would need an AI file or a hi-res pdf of your logo and any message you want to put on the products but don’t worry, if you don’t have this we can always help and get it sorted for you.

Yes, our in-house designers and studio team will provide you with a full visual of your products before they go into production. They can also help you with design and layout issues and even help with bad logos, wrong file types and incorrect colours. Whatever you need they can help.

You can make any changes or cancel your order at any time before it goes into production. However, once it is in production we can no longer accept any changes or cancel the order. Our advice is to let us know if there are any changes as soon as you can.

Not at all but our products do have a minimum order quantity (MOQ), and this is the lowest number of units we can produce in an economical way. This is based on various factors from the cost of the base product to how much it costs to setup the machine to brand that product.

Our usual lead time is around 2 weeks depending on the products you have chosen. However, we have in-house production facilities, and we can always get things done urgently to meet your deadline. Just call us on 01494-468870 and ask about our Express Services.

You only have to pay once you have approved your artwork/visual with us. At that point we ask for payment as we have to buy the product in for you.

At this point we will send you your invoice and as soon as it is paid, we will put your order into production. We will also confirm the estimated delivery date at this point as well.

As your order is personalised and bespoke to your business, we cannot accept any returns after you have received your order. However, if the products have arrived with you faulty or in a bad condition in any way just get in touch with us within 48 hours of your delivery and we will endeavour to get this sorted for you.

Yes, we can send your order to any location in the world however it often takes longer than a UK delivery and so building in extra time for delivery is always a good idea. It is also likely that there will be import duty and customs charges to you depending on where the goods are being delivered to around the world. However we can advise you of these costs when you place your order.

Yes, we can split your order and deliver differing quantities to different locations however it will cost slightly more as we only include 1 UK delivery in your price.
